San Diego State University

May 27, 2014
8:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

From the time it opened its doors in 1897, San Diego State University has prided itself in creating a rich learning environment that offers students endless opportunities for both personal and academic growth. Sitting atop a mesa in the heart of a dynamic metropolis, the sprawling 283-acre campus now serves more than 34,000 students who are on pace to become tomorrow's leaders. It's a place where groundbreaking research and academic excellence intersect with a campus culture that celebrates diversity and holistically supports student success, creating a wellspring of global citizens who are transforming the world for good. As one of the highest ranked study abroad schools in the nation and a top producer of Fulbright award winners, SDSU students are making an impact around the world and continuously enhancing the international perspective back on campus. Joining students on their global journeys are SDSU's renowned faculty, staff and administrators whose research and scholarly adventures span from the frigid Arctic Ocean to the deserts of southern Africa. Though these diverse experiences have led to countless discoveries, we've unearthed one common revelation. There's no place else in the world like San Diego State University.

We're thrilled to invite this year's NAFSA attendees and guests to visit San Diego State University on Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Enjoy a tour of campus and light refreshments from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (return to Convention Center by 12:30 pm).
