The chair of the Training Coordination Subcommittee takes the lead role in developing and maintaining an up-to-date, high quality suite of training programs (including Core Education Program workshops, Trainer Corps, Academy for International Education, e-Learning programs, and Management Development Program) that reflect the market of member and nonmember needs. In doing so, the chair works closely with staff and the knowledge communities, and leads a subcommittee of KC representatives. The chair sets the overall direction and develops with the subcommittee the annual work plan and monitors its progress.
