Assessment, teaching, and learning are at the heart of internationalization of the curriculum. However, one challenge for university leaders remains how to involve faculty in the assessment of students’ intercultural competence. This resource, created for the 2013 NAFSA Annual Conference session titled “Involving Faculty in the Process of Assessing Students’ Intercultural Competence” presented by Diana Yefanova, PhD, University of Minnesota, and Rhiannon Williams, PhD, University of Minnesota, provides an assessment framework and two cases of engaging faculty in the intercultural competence assessment process.
