Create Community and Expand Education Abroad through the Consortium Model

Consortiums provide collective avenues of support, resources, and services to its members. In education abroad, this especially relates to designing collaborative programs for which individual universities would not be able to fill on their own. With consortium programs, like minded universities are able to create opportunities that are larger than the sum of their parts!

These resources will help you to:

  • Understand the structure of a typical consortium program
  • Identify institutional challenges and learn skills to help overcome them
  • Gain ideas on different ways to leverage the consortium model to provide the best programs
