Registration for F-1 For Beginner's begins at 7:30 a.m. The workshop begins at 8:00 am. Full conference registration begins at 8:00 a.m. Sessions begin at 9:00 a.m.

Parking Parking is free and no passes are needed. Please park in the Adams Lot off Adams and Fairview. Please view driving directions here. A campus map of the conference space can be downloaded here.

Online registration is now closed, but you are welcome to register onsite on the morning of the conference (please allow extra time for this process). You may expedite this process by completing the Onsite Paper Registration Form ahead of time. Please note that we are only able to accept checks on the day of the conference. Checks should be made payable to NAFSA with “Southern District Conference” listed in the memo line.

All registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued in the event you are unable to attend. Individuals who registered as students must show their student ID at the registration table. Please note that the student category is reserved for non-professional students pursuing higher education degrees; those holding paid positions in the IE field are kindly requested to exempt themselves from this category.
