Prior to her current position, she worked in the Science Career and International Education office in Penn State’s Eberly College of Science. She is committed to helping students to develop their skills and explore the wide range of career opportunities available to them.

Originally from South Africa, Chapman’s research focuses on the psychosocial and career development of students who pursue international education.
