Marcia SilvaMeet Marcia Silva. She is an Associate Scientist and the Interim Research Director for the UWM Water Technology Accelerator (WaTA), located at the Global Water Center in Milwaukee. Silva helped build WaTA from the ground up, growing the lab from two people and limited funding to more than 73 researchers and $5.8 million in research grants in 5 years.
