Linn-Benton Community College International Education Week

Linn-Benton Community College (LBCC) held its first annual International Education Week November 12-16 offering a variety of fun programs intentionally planned to provide non-threatening opportunities for cross-cultural dialogue and skill development, study abroad information and recruitment, and relationship building between international students, domestic students, college employees, and community members.

Organizers wanted to provide a variety of enticing opportunities and means for the LBCC community to learn and to practice global citizenship and to expand their community's welcome and support for international students. Several of the programs were well received, but the highlight of the week was International Dress Day and the International Dinner.
