The Council Method: Building Intercultural Community through Dialogue from the Heart

This project trained 12 Colorado State University staff and students to facilitate Council (a form of dialogue circles) for the purpose of promoting cross-cultural awareness, understanding, and conflict resolution on campus and in the community.

Over the span of this project, 520 students, staff, faculty, and community members were able to participate in at least one council. Councils were held in staff teams, in classes, at leadership and professional conferences, and in a community workshop.
