All-Star International Student Leadership Conference & Competition

An All-Star leadership conference and competition was designed to challenge the leadership skills of the "best of the best" socioeconomically disadvantaged USAID scholarship students from Central America and the Caribbean basin through extemporaneous speech, prepared speech, and a debate competition.

The students also attended workshops on total quality leadership and chaos theory, and gave a presentation at AACC about the Cooperative Association of States for Scholarships program.
