Job Shadowing Experience in Iowa and the Yucatan Peninsula

The project gave students from the University of Northern Iowa, the Universidad del Mayab, and the Universidad Autonoma del Yucatan the opportunity to participate in job shadowing and informational interviewing activities related to their majors, tour businesses, organizations, and educational institutions, and stay with host families.

In addition, the students attended events and lectures and toured sites to learn more about the historical, socioeconomic, and cultural aspects of the respective areas.
