Interactive Politics: International Students Meet Uncle Sam

This project focused on educating international students on key issues in the 2000 Presidential election including political parties, platforms, and the election process.

Several activities were sponsored including debate discussion groups, an interactive workshop on the U.S. political system, a mock election, and an inaugural ball. Students, faculty, and staff who participated in these activities shared their views and opinions on the basics of U.S. politics and the global issues surrounding the election.
