IVIE: Interactive Video For International Education

Students and faculty increasingly rely on global competency, cultural sensitivity, and broader understandings of international networks in the classroom and in both personal and professional arenas. An international education and the global and cultural awareness it brings are now recognized as integral components in not only liberal arts but also professional school requirements and curricula.

International education is now accessible and promoted on domestic campuses through curriculum internationalization, public programming, and the use of innovative technology. Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) is fully committed to making international education and resources available to all its students and faculty, and the internationalization of the IUPUI curriculum through interactive video is at the forefront of this commitment.
