How Much Experience Do I Need?
The program covers all areas of international education and is meant for those who are newly employed in the field or wish to broaden their perspective. Because you personalize the Academy through your learning plan, the program suits a variety of experience levels and international education concentrations.
What is the Time Commitment?

The Academy officially begins at Spring Training in Atlanta; however, you will be asked to complete your learning plan prior to Spring Training. Trainees are expected to attend all of the Academy events, complete three assignments that will guide their learning, and check in regularly with their coaches. Overall, the program is flexible and can be integrated into your current responsibilities.

What Costs Should I Expect?
The fee for registration is $1,799, which is due prior to Spring Training. Trainees are responsible for all travel and lodging costs. Learn more about what you receive with this fee.
