Excavating the Layers of Institutional Culture: A Key to Internationalization

This half-day IEL Symposium is designed for international education leaders who are responsible for or contribute significantly to campus internationalization, long-term strategic planning, policy formulation, and essential institutional change for success.

Every senior international officer (SIO) on a campus experiences the challenges of leadership for internationalization. Being successful requires many skills, and recognizing a complex organizational culture and managing within it are certainly high on the list.
