Webinar - Susan Carty Susan Carty
Indiana University, Office of Overseas Study

Susan Carty is the Director of Administration & Program Management in the Office of Overseas Study at Indiana University (IU). Susan directs the day-to-day operations of the office, which facilitates opportunities for more than 2,000 students per year, and manages the development and implementation of IU overseas study programming. Susan has served in a variety of leadership positions in NAFSA, at the national and regional level. As a member of the Region VI leadership team, Susan worked on the creation and offering of workshop programming for first time regional conference attendees over more than a decade.


Webinar - Kelly Pignone Donnamarie Kelly Pignone
Babilonia-Center for Italian Language and Culture

As the Academic Advisor for Babilonia - Center for Italian Language and Culture in Taormina, Sicily, Donnamarie Kelly Pignone works with students and faculty customizing semester and short term study abroad programs. Donnamarie served as Chair of NAFSA Region XI (New England) and served on the Leadership Development Committee. She has just completed work on a team that created the NAFSA Workshop entitled Campus and Community Programming for Intercultural Learning and is the Chair of the Student Mentorship Program for the NAFSA 2008 Conference.



Webinar - Nancy Maly Nancy J. Maly
Grinnell College, Office of Admission

Nancy Maly is currently the Interim Director of Admission at Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa, where she previously spent 21 years as the Associate Director of Admission and Coordinator of International Admission. From 1995 – 2006 she served as the Director of Higher Education for the European Council of International Schools (ECIS) and then the Council of International Schools (CIS). Nancy has served in leadership capacities in Region X, as Chair of ADSEC (now RAP) and as the Vice President for Member Relations during which time she served on the NAFSA Board of Directors. She has been a NAFSA member for more than 25 years.


Webinar - Zeb Simpson Zeb Simpson
Georgia Institute of Technology

Zeb Simpson is an International Student Advisor at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. Zeb advises F-1 and J-1 students and scholars on immigration concerns and coordinates services for incoming exchange students. Zeb is also a new member of NAFSA's Trainer Corps.
