The Middle East is so diverse and complex that it is necessary to approach each country with knowledge specific to its student population. Presenters will discuss recruiting strategies in the Middle East and explore the ramifications of the latest developments in the region.


Learning Objectives

  • Armed with knowledge of cultural customs and expectations, develop an effective institutional strategy for Middle East recruitment;
  • Examine current Middle Eastern recruiting practices to formulate a campus recruitment plan and activities that support ongoing success in Middle East recruitment; and
  • Develop creative recruitment materials (print and electronic) that showcase campus strengths and appeal to Middle Eastern families.

His passion internationally is in student recruitment and the relationships he’s established over the years that keep him coming back for more. Marty is the chair-elect of Destination Indiana.
