The purpose of the International Living Center Specific Interest Group is to serve as a resource and networking facilitator for the management and operations issues of international living and learning centers. The ILC SIG's mission is to enhance the quality of residential life and academic experience by fostering understanding, cooperation, and friendship among people from different nations, cultures, and backgrounds through programs promoting communication, resource sharing, problem solving, social interaction, faculty involvement, community service, and conflict conciliation and mediation.
