Leaders: 2008 Education Abroad Data Collection Subcommittee

A list of the 2008 Education Abroad Data Collection Subcommittee members.

The subcommittee encourages institutions to collect and report more accurately the number of U.S.-based students engaged in education abroad. The initiative is working closely with IIE to engage U.S. institutions in the annual Open Doors survey and to revise the current IIE instrument. The group will also consider other types of data retrieval from which the profession can benefit.

To support NAFSA's data collection initiative:

• Participate in IIE's annual Open Doors survey
• Attend sessions at the NAFSA annual conference
• Attend and/or propose sessions at the state, regional, and national levels
