2010 KCISSS Call for Proposals

July 2, 2009

NAFSA's Knowledge Community for International Student and Scholar Services (KCISSS) invites you to propose sessions for the 2010 NAFSA Annual Conference in Kansas City. You know what's happening in the field and you are aware of the pressing issues. The Annual Conference Committee seeks sessions and workshops that are well formulated using adult learning principles as a guide. Cross-KC collaboration is especially encouraged.

Please refer to the Call for Proposals

The session ideas listed below are suggestions generated by your KCISSS Team, and are intended to alert you to KCISSS priorities, but you are free to propose other topics. If you have specific questions, feel free to contact me by email at Janice.Bogen[at]jefferson.edu

Please note that NAFSA's ISS-Regulatory Practice Committee is working on proposals for the regulatory update sessions that you have come to know and expect at the annual conference. Rest assured they will not be forgotten.

Remember that the deadline for proposal submission is August 1, 2009.
