Various commercial companies offer publications related to immigration regulations and advising which offer many important advantages over the Government Printing Office editions of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). In general, these publications are set up to make it easier to understand exactly where you are within the federal regulations by providing citations which are repeated for every section and subsection. You may want to ask to inspect a copy before you buy, as the costs can be high. Most reputable companies provide a money back guarantee on their publications if returned within 30 days. If you do a lot of immigration work in your office - especially if you regularly do work for scholars - you may often need to refer to many different sections of the CFR.
