ESL Program Administration

Audience: Administrators who manage an Intensive English Program with less than one year of experience; or more experienced administrators in need of a refresher course

Participants will receive information on designing effective publicity, recruitment and marketing; systems for personnel evaluation, promotion and development; leadership skills; inter and intra-institutional linkages; systems to provide student services, orientation and advising; curriculum design; budgeting techniques and systems and technology pertinent to intensive English programs. The training staff is made up of experienced intensive English program administrators from a wide variety of programs.
