EducationUSA Resources

EducationUSA is a global network of more than 450 advising and information centers in 170 countries supported by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State.

EducationUSA Virtual Consulting Office (VCO)

The VCO is designed to provide general information by e-mail to prospective students and parents and encourage them to visit EducationUSA advising centers. The VCO does not take the place of advising centers but complements center activities and makes services more efficient by dealing with basic and/or follow-up questions virtually.

United States Achievers Project
The United States Student Achievers Program, USAP, was established in 1999 with the strong belief that all talented international students, regardless of economic background, should have equal access to the admissions process to colleges and universities that offer need and merit-based international student financial aid. USAP assists highly talented, economically disadvantaged students to negotiate and finance the application and financial aid process for admission to highly selective colleges and universities in the United States.

Virtual OEA/Embassy Dialogue Country Fair

Each year Overseas Education Advisors participating in the NAFSA annual conference take part in the OEA/Embassy Dialogue Country Fair, where they provide information for the fair visitors about the educational systems of the countries they represent, as well as their student advisees.

The Country Profiles made available at that event are now posted in one location by the Department of State's Educational and Cultural Affairs Bureau, for Education USA. View the profiles.

If you do not find the country profile you seek on this list, please contact the Education USA advisor for that country.
