Networking and Special Events for the Senior International Officer at the Annual Conference

Make the Renaissance DC hotel, 999 9 th Street, NW, Washington DC, your home for the week of the Annual Conference and enjoy a relaxing gathering place where senior international officers can connect, foster future collaborations, and exchange ideas. The Renaissance will serve as the site for these events organized by the International Education Leadership Knowledge Community:
  • The IEL Networking Reception
  • The Conference Symposium on Leadership (link here)
  • The IEL Update Breakfast
  • Two senior-level sessions each morning
Additionally, an IEL lounge in the lower lobby of the Renaissance will be available for relaxing, preparing for sessions, and networking.

Excavating the Layers of Institutional Culture: A Key to Internationalization

Enjoy a full breakfast followed by a challenging symposium that will address formal and informal frameworks of institutional culture that a senior international officer must navigate.
