NAFSA Comments on SEVIS Fee Increase, Out-of-Cycle Review, and Recertification Rule

On June 19, 2008, NAFSA submitted a comment letter regarding the April 21 proposed rule titled "Adjusting Program Fees and Establishing Procedures for Out-of-Cycle Review and Recertification of Schools Certified by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program to Enroll F or M Nonimmigrant Students."
