1:00pm - 3:00pm Introductory Session on Advocacy for first-time participants

First time participants are required to attend this meeting. Advocacy day veterans are also welcome. The briefing will cover the fundamentals of advocacy and will offer insight into the workings of a congressional office.
3:00pm - 3:30pm Break
3:30pm - 6:00pm Issues Briefing and Strategizing Session

All participants are required to attend this important briefing on international education and exchange issues. Participants will be provided with information and materials for their meeting on the Hill and will have the opportunity to work with other members and NAFSA's public policy staff to develop an effective strategy for meeting with their elected representatives.
