NAFSA Addresses NSC Denials of Outstanding Professor and Researcher Petitions

NAFSA joins the Association of American Universities, the American Council on International Personnel, and the National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges in requesting that the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service issue guidance to the Nebraska Service Center regarding the issue of permanent employment in the adjudication of petitions of outstanding professors and researchers.
