Letter from State Department on Final J Professor and Research Scholar Rule and SEVIS Data Fixes

On May 27, 2005, Stanley S. Colvin, Acting Director of the State Department's Office of Exchange Coordination and Designation sent a letter to NAFSA announcing the publication of the final rule extending the maximum period of program participation in the J Professor and Research Scholar  categories from three to five years, as well as providing a detailed update on the processing of Exchange Visitor-related SEVIS data fix requests.
