NAFSA Comments DOD Proposed Rule on Export Controls
On October 12, NAFSA submitted a comment letter to the Defense
Department (DOD) endorsing comments made by the Association of American
Universities (AAU) on a proposed rule to amend the Defense Federal
Acquisition Regulation Supplement to address requirements for
preventing unauthorized disclosure of export-controlled information and
technology under DOD contracts.
