NAFSA Executive Director Makes Presentation to Meeting of Secure Borders and Open Doors Advisory Committee

On July 17, 2007, NAFSA Executive Director and CEO Marlene M. Johnson made a presentation to the Secure Borders and Open Doors Advisory Committee (SBODAC) as a subject-matter expert of SBODAC's public diplomacy and international outreach working group.

SBODAC "includes experts from the tourism industry, health care, academia and the private sector, and will provide advice and recommendations to the Departments of State and Homeland Security on efforts to maintain security while increasing the graciousness and efficiency of our official welcome to those who visit our country."
