NAFSA Signs Letter Urging DHS to Allow Continued Use of Oral Declarations

On January 29, the Americans for Better Borders Coalition, of which NAFSA is a member, sent a letter to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner urging the continued allowance of oral declarations at U.S. land and sea ports-of entry until the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative is ready to be fully implemented.
