Terms of Payment

All orders MUST be prepaid, by credit card or check. If you need a proforma invoice issued for your institution to cut a check, please contact NAFSA publications at the above telephone number(s).

No purchase orders accepted.

Shipping & Handling Charges/Per Order

Inside the U.S.

• $7.95/Less than $50
• $10.95/$50-$125
• 10% of Total/More than $125

If rush shipping is needed, call for shipping cost estimate.

Outside the U.S., Canada, or Mexico

• $15 surcharge will be added to the standard shipping and handling charges

Quantity Discounts

• If you order multiple quantities of a single item, you may apply the following discounts. Items must be ordered at the same time. Discount not applicable to bundled or to Adviser’s Manual Online products.
• 5-9 copies: 20%
• 10 or more copies: 25%

Returns

Customers may return publications within 30 days of invoice date. Publications must be in new condition and suitable for resale. Return postage must be paid by the customer. Credit memos are issued for all returns and can be applied to future purchases or redeemed for a refund.

Check Writing

Please make checks payable to NAFSA. Checks must be in U.S. dollars drawn from a U.S. bank.

Shipping Method

NAFSA ships by UPS, except to P.O. boxes, in which case we ship USPS book rate. For UPS service, you must provide a valid provide street address.

For fastest service, call: 1.866.538.1927 between 9 am and 4 pm EST. If paying by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, please be prepared to provide: Type of card, account number, and expiration date. Give mailing and billing address, item numbers for all purchased items, prices and you must provide your member number to receive membership pricing. Allow 3 weeks for delivery.
