Terms of Payment
All orders MUST be prepaid, by credit card or check. If you need a proforma invoice issued for your institution to cut a check, please call NAFSA publications at 1.866.538.1927 (Toll Free) or 240.646.7036. You may also request a proforma invoice by fax to 240.396.5675.
No purchase orders accepted.
Downloadable Priced Products
Downloadable priced products can only be purchased online. They cannot be ordered by phone, or included on a request for a proforma invoice. Quantity discounts cannot be applied.

Shipping and handling is calculated by weight and zone of delivery. If rush shipping is needed, call for shipping cost estimate and to place your order.
Shipment in the United States is by UPS Ground. Street address must be provided, otherwise shipment is by USPS.
International orders are shipped by USPS Priority International wherever possible.
U.S. Parcel Post (for international orders only) is available on request by calling the fulfillment center at 1.866.538.1927 or 1.240.646.7036, or by e-mail to publications[at]nafsa.org.
Quantity Discounts on Phone Orders Only

Orders for multiple quantities of a single item may be eligible for one of the following discounts if ordered at the same time. Packs of brochures are eligible. Online purchasing cannot accommodate quantity discounts.
- 5-9 copies: 20%
- 10 or more copies: 25%

Returns
(Excluding Adviser’s Manual Online and downloadable priced products)
Customers may return publications within 30 days of invoice date. Publications must be in new condition, suitable for resale, and include a copy of the invoice. Return postage must be paid by the customer. Please specify request for either a refund or a credit memo applicable on future purchases. Please call 1.866.538.1927 or 240.646.7036 with any questions.

Shipping Method
In the United States, NAFSA ships by UPS Ground, except to P.O. boxes, in which case we ship USPS. For UPS service, you must provide a valid street address.
International orders are shipped by USPS Priority International wherever possible.
For fastest ordering, please use the online shopping cart. For phone orders, call 1.866.538.1927 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST. If paying by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, please be prepared to provide: type of card, account number, and expiration date. Give the mailing address (and billing address if applicable), and the item numbers for all purchased items. You must provide your member number to receive member discount pricing. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
