CRS report analyzes terrorist identification, screening, and tracking

This April 21, 2004 Congressional Research Service (CRS) report, titled "Terrorist Identification, Screening, and Tracking Under Homeland Security Presidential Directive 6," analyzes the establishment of a Terrorist Screening Center (TSC), the transfer of information to the Terrorist Threat Integration Center (TTIC) and the TSC, and the consolidation of information into a single terrorist screening database (TSDB).
