DOL Proposes New ETA-9089 Form & Instructions

Following an initial comment period and stakeholder meetings, including NAFSA, the Department of Labor submitted a revised ETA-9089 form and instructions to OMB on March 31, 2008 which includes significant changes from the prior version:

• Ability to include primary requirements and 3 sets of alternative requirements, including separate sections for training, education and experience
• Ability to include additional worksite information
  

Individuals may submit comments on the proposed form to Report an Issue or directly to ETA's OMB Desk Officer by April 30, 2008, referencing OMB Control Number: 1205-0451.
