DHS Requests Comments on Proposed Form I-102

The Department of Homeland Security is requesting public comment on Form I–102, Application for Replacement/Initial Nonimmigrant Arrival-Departure Document. Comments on the form will be accepted up to May 27, 2008 (60 days from March 26, 2008).
