Changes Proposed for LCA Forms

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) is proposing changes to Form ETA-9035: Labor Condition Application (LCA) for H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 nonimmigrants. The proposed changes to the form and instructions are part of a plan to integrate the online PERM and LCA systems.

Public comments on the proposed changes are due by August 25, 2008.
