LCA Online Now Requires Profile To File

Effective October 1, 2008, all LCA (Labor Condition Application) filers that have not done so previously must register either an Employer Profile or an Attorney/Agent Profile in order to file an LCA online. (Prior to October 1, 2008, LCA filers could file single LCAs without having to register a profile). Creating a profile account is free and can be done by clicking on the “Register” link on the LCA Online home page. There is no need to re-register if you already have an Employer or Attorney/Agent Profile.
