DOS Pay.gov User Manual

This Department of State manual provides instructions on using the Pay.gov System and the Pay.gov "Exchange Visitor Program (EVP) Fee Payment" form to make payments related to the J Exchange Visitor Program. Pay.gov payments can be made either through Automatic Clearing House (ACH) or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover).

The DOS Exchange Visitor Program no longer accepts  paper checks or money orders in payment of fees. All Exchange Visitor Program Sponsors must register with "Pay.gov" to make payments to DOS related to the J Exchange Visitor Program.
