E-Mail Address for Reports of Potential Non-Compliance with DOL Labor Certification Process

The Department of Labor has created an e-mail address (laborcert.frauddol[at]dol.gov) for the receipt and processing of reports of potential violations of its May 17, 2007 Final Rule seeking to protect the integrity of the permanent labor certification program and reduce incentives for fraud and abuse.
