Corrections Regarding CBP Reorganization

This document amends the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations to reflect changes in the organizational structure of CBP. These changes were brought about by the establishment of the new Office of International Trade, as well as the nomenclature changes effected by the transfer in 2003 of CBP to the Department of Homeland Security and the subsequent renaming of the U.S. Customs Service as CBP.
