Report an Issue submissions are forwarded to content experts on the Education Abroad and International Student and Scholar Regulatory Practice Committees. Submissions to Get Liaison Help go directly to regulatory ombuds, who follow up with USCIS liaisons at the Service Centers to assist you. - Anecdotal support for policy advocacy
