USCIS Memo On Submission Of Form I-20 Or DS-2019 In Support of Form I-539
|
USCIS says that for both paper-process or ELIS Forms I-539, applicants should submit a copy of a validly signed and executed I-20 or DS-2019, rather than an original, effective immediately. In addition, USCIS will no longer return a stamped I-20 or DS-2019 to the applicant when the application is approved.
