Even though the Fort Collins, Colo., area received its first significant snow fall of the season (eight-plus inches at last report), hearty conference participants enjoyed the networking, development, and special events. The very hearty took advantage of a Local Arrangements Team-organized morning hike.
Congratulations to Chuck Olsese, winner of Region II's Bruce Tracey award, Andy Fraher, winner of Region II's Gene Smith Award, and Ron Vick Jr., winner of Region II's "thank you for being our Web guy" award.
Region II also hosted some unique concurrent sessions, including a Community College Forum and a double session titled "Personal Leadership: the Vision Driving and Thriving International Educators."
