Gala and Silent Auction

Join us for the Tri-Regional Gala and Silent Auction, on Tuesday, November 7th from 7:00-9:00pm. Dress to impress or keep it casual, it is up to you. This is a great chance to network, take a break from sessions and relax, and/or participate in the silent auction.

Do you have any items you would like to donate for the auction? Proceeds from donated auction items will support NAFSA travel grants! We are seeking new or homemade items, please no used items or college/university swag. Some examples of previous donations include: handmade jewelry, scarves, wine for the wine tree, gift cards, traditional clothes from other countries, etc.

Please let our team know what to expect by filling out the donation form.

Save space in your luggage and ship them ahead of time! Andrew Wingfield, at UC-Boulder, has graciously offered to receive donations prior to the conference at the following address:

We are seeking volunteers for the Tri-Regional Conference. The success of the conference depends in no small part to the many attendees who volunteer their time during the conference. If you have time or talents to share, please sign up for a volunteer shift here by registering with the Shiftboard system, "joining" the Tri-Regional Conference team, and selecting your preferred shifts.
