Connecting with Attendees Before the Conference

Conference Connection
After you register for the annual conference, you'll be able to start using Conference Connection, NAFSA's online schedule-builder and networking tool. You can use it to view and filter the list of registered conference attendees and contact other participants.

Bulk Mailings
Exhibitors receive a complimentary preshow attendee list as part of booth registration. The list is distributed in an e-mail blast after the early-bird registration deadline. For information on sending mailings to conference attendees, click the link above.

Exhibitor Service Manual
The online exhibitor service kit contains general information, show rules and regulations, and forms for ordering furnishings, electricity and other services for your booth from the convention center and other show vendors.
