Session Description: Recent changes in federal agencies’ policies and processes may significantly impact international students and scholars and the institutions that host them. Several agencies have published ambitious regulatory agendas that would restrict student and scholar programs while increasing the burdens associated with them. In this session presenters reviewed recent changes, considered potential changes on the horizon, discussed NAFSA’s response and efforts, and explained what you can do.
