Exhibitor Refund Policy

Full refunds can be requested through September 26, 2014 less a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be provided after this deadline. Aff refunds or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Participant Refund Policy

A 100% refund after deducting service and processing fees will be granted through October 10, 2014. No refunds will be granted after October 10, 2014. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. There will be a 3% charge for credit card refunds in order to cover the cost of charges placed by the credit card company.

Conference pre-registration must be postmarked by October 10, 2014 and payment must accompany registration form. If your registration form and payment are postmarked after October 10, 2014 you will need to pay the late/on-site registration fees. All mailed or faxed registrations and payments must be received by October 10, 2014. If received after October 10, 2014, there will not be a record of your registration, and you will need to register and pay at the On-Site Registration held at the Conference. All credit card refunds will be issued by Palisades.
