Registration for the Alabama Association of International Educators (AAIE) conference is now open! The AAIE Conference will be held April 10th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Trojan Center on the Troy University campus.

The fee for the one day conference is $35 and it will include a light breakfast and lunch. The deadline for early registration is March 21st.

Our plenary speaker for the conference will be an attorney from WARE/Gasparian (David Ware or Kathleen Gasparian)

• F-1 Basic
• F-1 Intermediate
• Basic J-1 visa
• Roundtable for Current Issues regarding H-1B, J-1 and other employment categories
• Social Media
• Intercultural Exchange and International Students: balancing cultural exchange, communication and expectation

Parking is free and is available next to the Trojan Center. We will send you a parking permit to use for on-campus parking, after you register.

If you are planning on coming to Troy the night before the conference, there are a number of local hotels. For the Hampton Inn, the rate is $96 + tax if you mention you are with Troy University.
