- Breakfasts are also included during the dates of the conference IF exhibitor(s) stay in conference hotel

Payment Options and Registration Information
- We are pleased to offer payment options via check or credit card for the biregional conference in Puerto Rico.
- Exhibitor registration is available online and via a paper-based registration form. Click on the Exhibitor Registration link above (upper-right box) to begin the Exhibitor Registration process.
- Exhibitors using the paper-based process need to complete the paper registration form and fax it to the number listed on the form with their check and/or credit card information included.
- Please note that registration must include full payment.
- If paying by check, please list names of all registrants on your enclosed check and on your paper-based form to receive the appropriate registrations.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund provided written notification is received by email by September 19, 2012.
- 50% refund provided written notification is received by email between September 20, 2012 and October 1, 2012.
- No refunds after October 2, 2012.
- In case of an emergency / special situations (e.g., natural disasters), special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
